Does this guy really like me or is he a flirt?

Ok, so me and my friends are playing this game which lead to me not wearing my glasses for anything. So in result, I get a lot of positive feedback from girls and guys. Guys that are usually mean to me are now hitting on me or talking to me. Yet The concern is not on them, it on this 8th grader in my gym class. Our gym class is split between 7th graders and 8th graders. I'm a 7th grader. So in this class some eight grade guys and 7th grade guys would like talk and kid with me a lot. Yet this eight grader Keith would always talk and joke with me the most. Especially when my glasses came off for the game. Like when I would be sitting out on the bleachers for some reason, while he was playing hed strike up a conversation with me, Or if i was waiting for my turn he'd talk to me and say the creepiest things. (In our school guys acting weird near you or acting shy meant they were a future pedophile. Since he have some WEIRD kids.) Yet you might say he likes me, yet on the contrary he does this to most girls he has seen! Like talking to them or doing his classic butcher rape and go. (Also referred to the 7th grade gym class girls population of 5 as the butcher grab. Where he would ram into your body while your not looking and grab your waist, then leaves and acts like he didn't just "molest" you.) So I don't know if he really likes me or my gym class comrades or is he just crazy. Or E.K.I.C as we like to say. (Every "K" IS a Creeper, which means pervert. Long story.)
