Since Bernanke said he's clueless as to why the economy sucks, why didn't he tender his resignation?

I did see the article where he said he was puzzled that Obamanonics hasn't worked. This guy is a hack. Him and "Tubro Tax" Timmy Geithner should resign for being general fools and for gross negligence.
