My Yahoo account is blocking mail from people whom I have unblocked. It goes right back to blocking them.?

I've tried going to Spam options and unblocking some email addresses but as soon as I come back to Yahoo, those same email addresses are blocked and nothing gets through from them. Please reply to comrade.moon@yahoo.com
