Don't you think that a 50% tax rate, is too high?

I don't personally think its too high. but i do think that the TAX system is hopelessly rigged so that the poor pay far more than their fair share whilst rich people can employ a army of tax lawyers to reduce their tax burden. If i were chancellor , id simplify the tax system so that people who earn the most pay the most without any get out clauses.
