Has the education system in every developed country been feminised?

The expert in this article claims that the reason is that boys are more susceptible to getting distracted when stressed. ????? I think the only true correlation is that boys do better under pressure - male hormones work to a man's advantage in an exam situation while female hormones work to a woman's disadvantage. In coursework where results are based on how much time you spend reading and researching and tuning girls do better because they are more likely to spend that time - the whole active male/ thoughtful female thing. In the UK girls lagged behind boys in maths until 2008 when they got the better grades for the first time - it will take more years to see how this develops but I am convinced by the differences in brain and hormone consequence myself.
