Scotland wants a British league CUp?

It would make the league cup for england and scotland more interesting as none of the spl or epl teams have much interest of it at moment both england and scotland should have their own fa cups then have a british league cup with the 12 spl teams, 20 pl and 24champ in it and scrap the carling cup and cis cup it would work out better for both and revamp the league cup
